Returns & Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your Revixol purchase, without giving any reason. This right applies to all orders placed through our website.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt at hello@shineuiwrist.world with your name, order details and reason for return (optional). We will provide return instructions. Items must be returned in saleable condition, in their original packaging where possible.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our returns criteria, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the return. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
4. Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return. We cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of food supplement products that have been opened and partially used, unless the product is faulty. Sealed, unopened packs are eligible for return within the 14-day window.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at hello@shineuiwrist.world within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage.
